You are always welcome to make an appointment to meet us before your decision, so both parties can know each other better and agree on arrangements that meet your pet's specific needs.   

For the time being, we can only provide accommodation for indoor cats. All the cats must be vaccinated against the feline distemper and influenza and must be healthy and free of fleas. The owner is required to present the necessary vaccination certificate (no more than one-year old) on arrival. 

For the first 24 hours, your loved one will stay alone in his or her own room, i.e. the deluxe room (34 square meters, with both lake and garden views, suitable for 2-3 cats from the same family), the double room (14 square meters, with a garden view, suitable for 2 cats from the same family) or the single room (8 square meters, with a garden view, suitable for one single cat) without interactions with other cats, so it can help him or her settle into the new environment and relax asap. If appropriate, the 'quarantine' time can be either shortened or extended. 

For the entire boarding period, your loved one will keep his or her own room without sharing with other cats. In the low season, we strive to upgrade your furry friend's stay to a bigger room whenever it is available.   

Please note that since the cats can decide to step out of their own rooms and move freely within the house after the initial settling-in period, we can not accept a male cat that has not been neutered. 

We will provide the dry food with free access around the clock, unless it has been agreed with the pet owner differently. It can be one or more than one product from the most common brands like Royal Cannin, Hills, Iams, Arion and Whiskas. You are also welcome to bring your cat's own food, litter tray, sleeping bed or blanket, and toys that can help your furry friend settle into the new environment quickly. 

We can help give medicine together with food as long as the pet owner has provided the medicine and clear instructions. In case of emergency, when your cat needs to see the veterinarian during his or her stay, your designated clinic will always be the first choice, if possible. Otherwise, we will choose the nearby Virum Dyreklinik. The pet owner will have to bear all the expenses, unless there is a negligence of Mimibnb.

Last but not least, if you prefer, we can visit your home on a daily basis (minimum 45 minutes per visit) to take care of your loved one (cats and/or other small pets) in his or her most familiar environment. The frequency, timing and duration of visits per day etc. will be agreed upon with the pet owner. 

We will provide the daily picture update by SMS or WhatsApp according to the agreement with the pet owner.
